Our inventory management features keep an accurate count of your quantities - what's on hand, where it is, and, what is reserved for shipping. Quantities in your warehouse are accurately reflected on your marketplaces. As a result you reduce out of stocks, undersells, mis-picks, and mis-ships.
Assign BIN locations to multiple warehouses and easily sync it to each inventory SKU so you know exactly where your products are in the warehouse. BIN Locations are the best because they allow you to put your products wherever you want without having to worry about manually rearranging the product when you get more in, or being unable to find quantities. When you label your locations (cubbies, tubs, baskets, shelves) with barcode labels, and then scan your products into those locations, you'll never have to pointlessly reallocate your "T-Z" products when you get a new shipment of products in. Put them wherever you have room and we will keep track of the locations for you.
You can set reorder alerts when your inventory reaches certain levels or an expiration date. With e-mail reminders, you wont get caught with your pants down - youll always have what you need on hand and ready to ship. You can set alerts on event actions like complete shipping, incomplete receiving, incomplete shipping, and transaction details with each of your clients and vendors. If something is out of place, youll be the first to know.
DEPLETION AND REPLENISHMENT ALERTS
Our alerts keep you in the loop when it comes to your inventory; helping you prevent problems before they start. With depletion and replenishment alerts you'll be able to replace things before your inventory is gone, and have them ordered exactly when you need them.
Asset summary reports let you know what's currently in your system, with a simple click of the mouse. Daily shipping and receiving with activities of your business are easy to track. If you ever have a recall - and we hope you don't we have the reporting capabilities you need to locate existing product, list vendors and product recipients, and track your product (by expiration date, if necessary). Our lot recall reporting not only meets government requirements, it provides peace of mind.
Our user interface is simple can be used with your iPhone, or iPad. Your pickers simply pick the product barcode and then scan the location barcode, and that's it. They only deviate from that routine if they pick the wrong product / quantity of product for their current batch of orders, in which case they'll get a nice jolt with an error pop-up, accompanied by an obnoxious sound (optional, but effective!).

INVENTORY BIN / LOCATION CONTROL
Create a physical and logical warehouse structure using inventory bins and location controls. For each warehouse location specify the types of items and transactions that are allowed, the picking priority, and the cost of the items.
INVENTORY LOT & SERIAL NUMBERING
Track inventory by lot or serial number. Lot and serial numbers can be assigned or entered manually when you receive, issue, or assemble inventory items. Serial numbers can be linked with item specific valuation methods.
