VIP Green Support
If your resolution from Priority 2 case requires a developer or an enhancement is needed it will be considered a Priority 3 case and will be escalated to Green support. Under green support our entire team becomes your part time employees. We will resolve your issues by enhancing our system, assigning tasks to workers with up to 80 hours of labor, get developers involved, and support your business to keep operations from delaying.
VIP Orange Support
If your enhancement is not an enhancement that other clients can benefit from or will require more work to deliver effectively than the available allocated resources of a Priority 3 case it will be moved to Priority 4. Orange support will have enough resources to consider resolving your Priority 4 case by giving more hours to the developers, designers, tech and labor workers.
VIP Red Support
Hire our team as a full time employee. We will deliver the same results as orange support but with additional hours.
Our team will work on more issues concurrently, and deliver results faster by escalating your issues into high priority.
